General
Q: How do I move?

| Crouch | Swipe down from the Pharaoh with two fingers. |
| Running Jump | While moving tap a second finger. |
| Push Boulder Stack | Touch above the bottom boulder to move the whole stack. |
Q: What's the objective?
A: You must reach the exit to finish a level. The exit appears when the ankh keystone moves over the ladder hieroglyph.
Q: How does one change pyramid levels?
A: This is available after finishing the first pyramid level. Swipe your finger along the side of the pyramid.
Q: I'm stumped are there any hints?
A: For each game there are a limited number of "assists" available to help you finish a level. After pausing the level, touch the lightbulb button to use an assist.
Q: I have a problem with Pharaoh's Ascent. What should I do?

Q: What platforms is Pharaoh's Ascent available on?
A: Currently the iPad is supported.

Q: The game has frozen. What to do?
A: Please reboot your device by holding down sleep/wake and home buttons for at least ten seconds.
Q: Sounds do not work. What can I do?
A: Check that your device’s sounds are on and that the game sounds have not been muted. Also update to the latest game version if there is an update available. If you still have this problem, restart your device and try again.
Q: My previously completed progress is gone. What can be done?
A: The save file is lost if the game is removed or, in rare cases, if something has gone wrong when updating the game. If you have an iTunes backup of the game available, restore that to get your lost game back.
